Design to me is something that is invisible; something that cannot be described. Although design literally produces a finished aesthetic or product or pattern, design is all about the task and the creative ideas it takes to produce a finished project. Design to me is all about the creativity with no boundaries and the feeling of self accomplishment and gratification at the finished piece. Good Design is invisible because it fits, it works, and it flows. 

Elise will continue her design endeavors studying Textile and Apparel Management - Apparel Merchandising and Marketing at the University of Missouri-Columbia. The ultimate career goal is to continue increasing experiences in the Fashion Industry with a fashion or media-based company in Chicago or New York City through pathways of E-commerce, Merchandising, Visual and Digital Merchandising, Buying, Marketing, and PR.
