ZARA BRAND MANAGEMENT AND PROMOTION

The goal of this project is to provide branding strategies for a global fashion brand. In a group of six members, we explored the ins and outs of Zara's Brand Promotion, Branding Strategies, Competitors, and the main pillars of the Zara business. After thoroughly researching the company, the team proposed different branding strategies that Zara could utilize to grow in the future. The team proposed a multitude of ideas such as focusing more on customer service to compete with top tier brands, consider the idea of collaborations with other brands, designers, and influencers, as well as putting more emphasis and promotion on the sustainability principles and conscious sector of Zara.
